ORDERING & SHIPPING TIME/COST
Where can I find the ingredients and usage for the product?
A. Usage & Ingredients for each product are listed below product descriptions on our SHOP page. If you have a specific question regarding either, please contact us at customersupport@isleofluxe.com before ordering, as all sales are final.
Do you accept returns?
A. Due to the cosmetic nature of our products, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have questions please contact us prior to ordering at customersupport@isleofluxe.com and we'll be happy to help.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Orders are typically shipped between 2-4 business days after the date of order. Once shipped, delivery can take anywhere from 2-6 business days- however specific delivery dates are not guaranteed, as all major shipping carriers have experienced delays during the pandemic. If you need something in a specific time frame please reach out to us first so we can determine if that date can be accommodated. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless the order is large enough to require shipping via UPS.
Shipping costs?
A. Shipping costs are based on your delivery location. You will see your shipping estimate during the Checkout process.
What if I sent my order to the wrong address?
A. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address; however if they are returned to us we can arrange re-shipment to your correct address with a reshipment fee.
Can I have a gift order shipped to someone?
A. Yes, you may include separate Billing and Shipping addresses during checkout so that you may send gift orders directly to the recipient; receipts will not be included in the box. Shipping to multiple addresses during Checkout is not permitted.
Do you ship internationally? Do you ship to Canada?
A. At this time we ship domestically inside the US only. We do not ship to Canada.

A. You are welcome to send us an email with your city and zip code to customersupport@isleofluxe.com to determine if there is a retail location near you.
Promotions & Discounts
A. All active promotions or discounts will be advertised on our homepage, Facebook and Instagram accounts. If you don't see any there we aren't currently featuring a promotion. Only one promotion code can be used per order. Join us on social media and sign up for our mailing list to be notified of future discounts!
PRODUCT
What is the difference between ordering a glass or plastic jar?
A. Our plastic jars offer a wider mouth to make scooping out product easier, are lighter weight and less liable to break than glass, and are less slippery in the shower and tub. The product inside the jars are the same, and contain the same amount of product- 16 ounces.
Where can I use Glowing Body Polish?
A. You may use the product over your entire body but it is not recommended for the face. We also suggest that you test with a small amount on the skin prior to use to check for irritation that could occur. We do not recommend this product if you have known or suspected allergies to essential, botanical, fragrance or coconut oils.
How do I use Glowing Body Polish?
A. Scoop small amount onto dry skin with a scooping spoon and rub in circular motions, rinse away and pat dry. Use a larger amount for use over entire body. Suitable for daily or weekly use. Always stir product prior to use and use a spoon rather than wet hands to scoop out product. Water is the enemy of sea salt scrubs, so take care that water doesn't enter the jar from the sink or shower.
Body Butter or Body Polish?
A. If you're searching for the product you tried in a retail location, that is our Glowing Body Polish. Sometimes customers are confused between our Body Butter (which is a cream) and our Body Polish (which is a sea salt scrub). If you are unsure which to order, ask us by sending an email to customersupport@isleofluxe.com and we'll be happy to help!
Do you sell sizes smaller than 16oz?
A. New 3oz sizes are here! We offer (3) 3oz glowing body polish minis in our mini glow travel sets found on our SHOP page.
How do I make the product last?
A. Glowing Body Polish should be stirred upon first opening to re-distribute the mix of salts and oils that naturally settle during shipping. Stirring before each use and using a scooping spoon for product is recommended. Take care to ensure water does not get into the jar from the sink, shower, or wet hands during use.
What is the shelf life of the product?
A. Because our products include natural ingredients, we recommend use within 9 months of purchase date.
